SAFETY IN STILETTOS, a Self Defense class on being safe while in heels. Whether coming from work, hanging with friends or walking in your building alone, it is important that you know how to defend yourself from an attacker while being pretty in your pumps or stilettos. Join Ambience of Excellence for our premier class with Jermaine Jackson, a 5th degree Black Belt in Jujitsu and certified to teach Women's Self Defense. This class will teach you how to defend yourself when attackers think they have caught you off guard because you have on your heels. So bring your stilettos, pumps, heels of all sorts as well as your sneakers and learn how to defend yourself. Who can attend? This class is open to everyone age 18 +.Children from the age of 13- 17 are able to attend WITH a parent but must register.Do I have to wear stilettos to attend the class? No. While it is a self defense course for those that wear heels, stilettos are not required. Any heel that you wear would be acceptable. Why do I need to sign a waiver? A waiver is an essential document that informs participants of the risks involved in certain activities and also protects you from liability. Will there be additional classes? There are classes schedule for the months of September & October. Details will be available at the end of class.Do I have to wear a mask? Masks are optional, not mandated. We ask those that are feeling sick, please stay home. You will have the option to transfer your class to another date. Are there any refunds?
