VERAP is a program run by the State of Vermont to assist renters facing financial challenges related to the COVID-19 global pandemic. If eligible for financial assistance, funds may be used to cover future rent payments, past due rent balances, and/or cover a portion of any past due and/or current utility payments. This is NOT a low income program. There is broad eligibility and all Vermonters who are renting are encouraged to apply.
