We are a regional property preservation company based in southern Massachusetts looking for independent contractor to do basic preservation work(bush trimming, grass cuts, lock changes, cleanouts, window boarding & winterizations) on realtor & bank owned properties in the Worcester and central Massachusetts. Person must have truck and their own equipment. We are looking for small 1-2 person self-employed crews. This is great work for smaller sized landscaping companies or handymen looking for some extra work. You also must have an iPhone or android phone - each property you work at requires you to take multiple photos on our app in order to document the work completed & get paid. We pay every two weeks.
