Improve your dance, aerial, or other movement practice! In this workshop, Tracey will teach you about "range of control" - the range of motion you can engage in safely & without pain. She will also demystify some of the buzz words & acronyms you may have heard floating around the exercise world such as C.A.R.'s, P.A.I.L.'s & R.A.I.L.'s, F.R.C., functional training, & passive vs. active flexibility (& why you need both). The goal is to give you more tools for your training toolbox to help you move better, longer, & keep you safely enjoying the activities you love!
