Welcome to the Telaya Chef Education Series where we team up with a local vendor for an exclusive night of food and wine education. We are excited to announce that in September we are teaming up with a fan favorite, The Tony Cannoli. The experience will take place on our production pad, where Tony will show how the shells are formed, filled and flavored. Plus, get exclusive insight on the history of traditional cannoli making. All paired with exclusive, unreleased wines. Tickets are $60 (per couple) and include the experience, four hand crafted cannoli's that you will help stuff and flavor. Plus four more to take home to enjoy with a bottle of wine of your choice from our current releases. Each ticket covers entry and cannoli's for two people, additional glasses of wine will be available to purchase. Due to the nature of this event, tickets are limited so get them early so you can join us!
