This upcoming class will be focusing on strengthening the diaphragm and improved stability in the core muscles. The Breath & Core class also helps relax tense upper trapezius and pectoral muscles. By focusing on breathwork this class will aid in lowering heart rate and blood pressure through slow breathing techniques, which can also help alleviate asthma and other respiratory challenges.
