24 Required CE hours Monday Oct 24 - Thursday Oct 27, 2022. Special package pricing for all 24 hours is $339. 00. No tests. Classes 9am - noon and 1pm - 4pm Mountain Time. Can be attended in person (limited seating) and on ZOOM. Zoom requires video (camera), a microphone, and reliable high-speed internet. Monday Oct 24 9am - noon: SD LAW Overview for Real Estate Agents and Property Managers Monday Oct 24 1:00-4:00: Fair Housing Choices Tuesday Oct 25 9am - 4pm, lunch break noon - 1:00 pm, Agency - Looking Through your Client's Eyes Wednesday Oct 26 9am - noon: Residential Contracts Wednesday Oct 26 1:00-4:00: Playing Clue Home Inspection Style Thursday Oct 27 9am- noon: Disclosures- Protecting You and Your Client Thursday Oct 27 1-4pm: Critical Common Complaints and Ways to Avoid Them If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts.
