In the Book of Acts in Act 2:42 the early church devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer. The House of Truth is a house of sound teaching, a house of community, a house of eating together, and a house of praying for one another. Join us if you feel displaced and or don't have a church home but want to stay plugged in, or are just interested in challenging yourself to explore the bible deeper in a safe space! Join us every other week for a journey through the bible! Our heart for this bible can be said in four simple goals: Experience God. We believe the word is alive and active and Jesus is the word made flesh and is something we all can experience. ( John 1:1, John 1:14, Heb 4:12) Seek to understand God. To understand God is to understand His word ( Prov 4:7, Eph 1:17, Psalms 119: 130)Memorize His word. We shouldn't only read or hear the word, but it is important for us to also memorize it and write the word of God on our hearts. (Psalms 119:11, Heb 8:10, Rom 12:2)Live For God. When we have a full understanding of who He is and who we are in Him, we can then begin to live out the instructions found in the Word of God. Including coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, ice cream, and more. How often will we meet? Our current schedule is 2x a month on a biweekly schedule. For holidays the meetings will be shifted and reassigned to a new date with advance notice. I have kids. Will there be childcare? No, childcare is not provided but we welcome children of all ages! We believe it is important for the entire family to experience God's word and presence and will never turn your kids away. There is also a space for small children to sit and play if needed. Is there WIFI? Yes, there is wifi available! Feel free to bring your devices that you may need for the study. What is the parking situation? Parking is free and there is ample parking lot spaces around the complex! More than enough space for all our guests. What if im late? STILL COME! Even if its just to catch the end, make a new friend, or to be prayed over and etc. Can I bring a friend? YES & YES! We welcome you to bring a friend, whole crew or family member! The more the merrier! What's the dress code? Please come comfortable or as you are. No pressure or need to impress with fashion threads. <3 Meet The TeachersYour Biblical educators are Miami Florida natives, have been in ministry for over 15 years combined. They have been married to each other for 8 years and both possess master's degrees each focusing in their specialty areas such as: Ministerial leadership, Organizational leadership, and Divinity. They have studied word of God and seek to continuously live it as they seek God and nothing more than to teach, build a community of true kingdom citizens, and prepare/equip them for end days! They have been called by God to be part of the new guard of kingdom leaders, bring revival by the supernatural power of God, bring freedom to those bound, and disciple the true bride of Jesus Christ in the NC Triangle.
