The G5 brand was founded as a transportation company in 2019 (G5 Party Bus) with a mission centered on the client experience, quality, trust, equal opportunity, and giving back to the community. Each year since the brand’s inception, the transportation leg of the brand has gone the extra mile to sponsor an annual "G5 Holiday Give Back". This annual initiative was initially created to give a helping hand to local families experiencing economic hardship during the holidays. This give back included covering a month of rent along with providing gifts from the family’s holiday wish list. ​For the third time around, we have decided to maximize our efforts by transforming our annual initiative into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity. In doing this we will be able to gain support year-round, allowing us to do even more for the community. G5 Gives Back wants families in the community facing hardships to know that there are still people that genuinely care and are willing to help. All donations and silent auction proceeds collected at this event will directly benefit the G5 Gives Back Organization. Please see important details below: Dress Code There is a strict "Semi-Formal" dress code in place for this event. Gentlemen: Blazers, sport coats, and slacks are mandatory. Food & Beverage Light to heavy Hor d'oeuvres and desserts will be served. There is an open bar 5:00pm - 9pm, please drink responsibly. Silent Auction There is a silent auction set to take place during the event. All proceeds from the auction will directly benefit the G5 Gives Back Organization. Special Guest Performances The evening will be full of great company, great music, great drinks, and great networking opportunities! To add excitement to the evening, we have a line-up of great performances that are sure to keep you entertained. Security For the safety of all attendees, this event will have on duty armed law enforcement. Photography / Videography There will be videographers and photographers at this event. All photos or video captured in good taste are solely used for the purposes of Ground 5 Events, LLC promotional material and publications. All attendees and participants understand that they waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. Smoking Policy This is a non-smoking, no open flame venue. If you must smoke, please step outside to the designated smoking areas. Illegal substances are not allowed. Accordingly, attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Ground 5 Events, LLC, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during or after participation in the event. In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee's attendance at the event, the attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by Ground 5 Events to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all attendees. General Liability ALL attendees assume all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the event. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless Ground 5 Events, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
