When was the last time you let go of all your inhibitions and En J.O.Y. ed yourself? Well, be ready to do just that!
We will create space that will allow you to let go and release dopamine and serotonin. These two chemicals are heavily associated with happiness. In addition, scientific evidence suggests that being happy may significantly benefit your health. For starters, being happy promotes a healthy lifestyle. It may also help combat stress, boost your immune system, protect your heart and reduce pain.
So Let's Get Happy, Y'all!
