The 1st Annual "Come As You Are Gayla!" is the first of its kind community celebration of Black Pride to empower the LBGTQIA+ people of color to vote and create a safer place for all. This exclusive event will hold a silent auction of an exclusive art series called "Faces PT III" by Maya James Art Studios. The series includes an array of original paintings of black, queer, trans community members, leaders, and entertainers. Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a "Black Voters Matter" representative, that will ensure that guests are registered voters, sign up for text message reminders of election dates, and how you can help spread the importance of the Black Vote! Dj, Music, Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, fun, and dancing are all included! There will also be a cash bar for you purchase signature cocktails, curated by The Xperience Event Venue. Tickets/Donations: General Admission $10 and VIP $40 ! A huge percentage of the proceeds from ticket sales & the silent auction will be donated to Radical Kalamazoo & Out Front Kalamazoo!
