Prospect: You're gonna be part of a construction crew. You're gonna be part of a team. You're gonna work hard all day long, and at the end of the week you'll get paid. After 90 days we will add you to our health insurance program. Stick around for a year you'll be eligible for paid time off. If you accumulate enough hours, we will add you to our 401K program. Above that, you'll have your housing paid for, meals covered, and provided transportation to and from job jobsites. Labor $3,000.00 Per Week Skilled Labor Job $3,400.00 Per Week Lead $3,825.00 Per Week General Forman $4,250.00 Per Week Working Superintendent $125,000.00 to $190,000.00+ Bonus (Annual) Demo Heavy Timber Pile Driving Foundations Slabs Framaing PEMB's Welding/Fabricating You must Call the office. You must set up an in person interview. You must show up on time for your interview. You must demonstrate why you're the best candidate. And you must answer the pre interview questionnaire. Additionally we will Pay anyone that refers a candidate that completes 3 months of work a $2,000.00 Referal bonus. We will also pay a $2,000.00 Hiring bonus to those that complete 3 months of work.
