Must have some gutter or roofing experience but will train anyone. Most installers need a week of training to fully grasp the product but experienced guys sometimes get it after 2 or 3 days. Pay is $2.00 a foot when working with a trainer. $3.65 a foot working on your own jobs. You communicate with the office what days you want to install!!
