Working with children is my passion in life. I have educated children for over 16 years. Our home Daycare & Preschool has been open for over 13 years but we just moved to Lynnwood!! I graduated 4 years of college focusing on child psychology and Early childhood education. I run my school with the help of my amazing mother, we make the best mother/daughter team there is. My home is a smoke-free home and property. We are on a quiet street at the end of a safe could de sac, with a huge fully fenced back yard near Alderwood mall. You will not find a T.V in our school, as were too busy playing and learning! We have a very large industrial playground in the backyard, and smaller play sets for the younger children. We prepare all meals and snacks with mostly organic and fresh foods. We have a specific area for meals and arts and crafts for mess making fun! We have a very large indoor main playroom as well as an additional playroom that we use for separating age groups based on our activities for the day. Our hours are 7:30-5:30 M-F. We keep small ratios so that the children get more one-on-one love, attention and education. We are enrolling from 6 months to 4 1/2 years old, with some flexibility. We have a strictly followed curriculum which includes preschool. We teach preschool from 2 years and up, depending on each child's personal development. Here are a few of my qualifications: ~Loving Wife and mom of 4 kids ~STARS Training ~CPR/First Aid/HIV Certified ~Blood Borne Pathogens ~Food Handlers Permit ~Sensory Integration Training ~4 years at Pacific Lutheran University and The Evergreen State College focusing on Early Childhood Education, Child and Family Psychology, and Child Development. WE ONLY PROVIDE FULL TIME CARE! Rates: Full Time(up to 5 days a week) Over 24 months-1375 /month, Under 24 months-1475 /month. Tuition includes all food, drinks and even baby wipes. We only ask that you provide the diapers and/or Pull-ups if you child uses them. We do give discounts for siblings.
