Bishop Mays Inc. is looking to hire a Utility Foreman to work with and manage crew installing water and sewer lines and systems. Responsibilities: • Install water mains, water services, complete water taps, and perform chlorination and testing • Install sewer lines, manholes, lift stations, and perform testing • Operate various heavy equipment • Attend weekly scheduling meeting • Coordination and scheduling with General Contractor and other site subcontractors • Order and schedule material deliveries • Ensure crew is producing quality work, safely and on schedule • Coordinating with local municipalities and utility providers • Ensure crew is working well together • Assist in hiring of new employees Requirements: • Minimum 5 years utility experience • Valid driver’s license • Must be able to read plans • Must be able to shoot grades and set up pipe runs and manholes Benefits: • Competitive wages based on experience and qualifications • Health Insurance • Vacation pay • Holiday pay • 401K with matching program • Work clothing allowance • Company provided phone and computer • Company provided truck or truck allowance
