Location: Arcata Department: Production/Processing Status: Full Time Pay: 90-day probation period. $15.50/hr.. After the 90-day probationary period is complete we will evaluate a pay increase based on performance. Reports to: Production Manager & Floor Managers Summary: Culture Management holds ten cannabis licenses in Northern CA. We strive to foster a team atmosphere throughout the organization which has and will continue to help us navigate through the always changing cannabis industry supply chain. Culture Management currently has a position available in its Production Department which holds Micro-Business and Processing Licenses. Essential Job Functions: Assist with various cleaning projects throughout the day to ensure team members have clean tools, product has clean containers, and facility/grounds are clean at all times. Assist with consolidation, organization, and storage of materials to ensure efficient and accurate storage and labeling of inventory. Clean work stations and set up materials for next day work activities to ensure that the production team and operations are properly equipped to begin operations. Work closely with Production Team, Processing Team, Production Assistants, Admin Team, Floor Managers, and Production Manager to maintain a safe and organized production facility. Assist Floor Manager with closing duties in accordance with SOPS to ensure that all product is properly stored and accounted for. Execute duties and maintain standards in accordance with company policies, SOPs as well as compliant with Local & State cannabis regulations. Perform additional duties as needed. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: An associate degree or bachelor’s degree is a + but not required. 1-2 years of inventory experience 1-2 years of data entry experience 1-2 years of cannabis industry experience 1-2 years sanitation experience Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as shipping manifest, certificate of analysis, invoices and procedure manuals. Math Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sound knowledge of Google Docs, Excel software and general email platforms.
