Call 702-262-4230 to schedule an interview POSITION SUMMARY: Perform a variety of maintenance services and custodian duties. Maintain a clean, safe, and functional exhibition environment in our venue on the Las Vegas strip. RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: • Perform a variety of cleaning duties in all areas throughout the shift to maintain an orderly and sanitary condition of the venue. • Performs a variety of general maintenance and venue upkeep. • Safely and correctly operates all cleaning/maintenance equipment and hand tools. • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures. • Responsible for maintenance of all venue areas, cleanliness, and stocking of cleaning supplies. • Empties trash and cleans and maintains trash cans. • Responsible for daily mail and shipment check-ups and transporting shipment to designated storage areas. • Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate. • Must be disciplined and self-motivated. • Other duties as assigned. • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all maintenance problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. REQUIREMENTS: • Work various shifts including days, weekends, holidays and/or occasional nights as required. • Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions. • Read and write handwritten notes. • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds. • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time. • Walk or stand 100% of shift. • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently. • Experience in the use of hand tools. • Must be disciplined and self-motivated. • Is dressed in accordance with venue dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
