We are looking for someone who can start immediately. -Entry Level Handyman Tech Must have valid Driver's License. Please do not apply if you do not have a valid drivers license. We will ask for proof during the interview. We need an able -bodied person who is willing to learn. There will be some heavy lifting and high ladder work. You will be assisting on rent ready repairs and performing service calls on your own with provided vehicle, tools and materials (after training). We need someone willing to work consistently who can perform tasks in a timely manner such as drywall repair, painting, minor landscape/irrigation, interior work (changing faucets/ fixing toilets, changing out garbage disposals, etc). Bi Lingual is a plus, but not necessary. This is a full time job, Monday – Friday. A company vehicle, tools and materials will be provided after training period is complete - One week paid Vacation after one year. Please forward your resume and/or work history and contact info.
