DELIVERY DRIVER & MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY SUPPORT (I-17 & Dunlap) Locally owned and operated window covering manufacturing business with immediate need of a Delivery Driver, Manufacturing, Maintenance Support person. Most everything is indoors unless delivering product. All deliveries are in Phoenix Metro Area. ¾ ton Sprinter Van or ½ Ford Van. FULL TIME or PART TIME, depending on your needs, M- TH, 30 to 40 hours a week depending on work load. Must be a jack-of-all trades, willing & able to execute a wide variety of tasks. MUST POSSESS a Valid Driver License and good driving record, NO CDL required. Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 lbs. Must be willing to take direction and learn & work as part of a team. Self-motivated with the desire to jump in when needed. DUTIES: May include but not limited to: daily delivery of product to our recurring customers (same basic delivery route to customers), assistance with various tasks in the factory, packing, assembly, facility maintenance and clean up and delivery vehicle maintenance. Individual will be working directly with our wholesale customers as well as the production department and office personnel. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: • Valid Driver’s License will need 3 years of clean MVD drivers report • Happy, energetic, creative “can do” attitude with the ability to problem solve!!! • Customer service oriented • Dependable! Commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to work quickly, independently and manage multiple tasks • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail • Strong communication skills MISCELLANEOUS: Flexible work schedule, Hours can vary, 6:00am to 5pm M-TH, F depends on work load Located right off I-17 & Dunlap Compensation is based on experience and abilities; $15 + per hour... 401K is Available, paid Holiday & time off pay, no other benefits offered at this time References please...
