We are looking for handyman and general maintenance/construction crews to start ASAP on our projects. All our work is in empty residential homes. We do rehab work to get the home ready for a renter. Basic stuff such as changing shower heads, toilet seats, light bulbs, smoke detectors, interior/exterior painting, door stops, light fixtures, air vents, etc. Basically lipstick work to just get it ready for a renter to move in. We have constant work to keep you and your crew busy 5-7 days per week. We give you the scope of everything that needs to be done in the house and you get it done. Very good opportunity for small companies to be kept busy at all times with guaranteed work coming in. You MUST have your own company name and insurance in order to work with us.
