ARTSPACE Artists and Friends Host Showcase and Sale September 10th from 1:00 to 5:00 the Artspace Lofts on Sligo resident artists host the group's quarterly Show and Sale at 801 Sligo Avenue in Silver Spring. The Artspace campus provides live-work space for artists of all mediums and genres. Items offered for sale in the lobby exhibit space will include paintings, sculpture, prints, textile arts, hand-wrought jewelry and ornaments, ceramics, photography. Visitors are encouraged to drop by to see the redeveloped facility, to meet the artists, listen to music and sip a cup of coffee or tea. The space is handicapped accessible and smoke-free.
