Yard weeding and maintenance

My front yard is approximately 600 sq. ft. and I’ve put in creeping thyme. The yard needs to be weeded, with the main problem coming from crab grass, especially near the street. The weeds need to be pulled and dug up by hand as herbicides can kill off the creeping thyme ground cover. I would like to find someone that can get the yard back in good shape and come out once or twice a month to maintain. When the weather cools off this may include planting thyme plugs to fill in bare patches and spread top soil and apply fertilizer. I have some yard equipment but please bring your own. And supplies like soil or fertilizer will be provided. I need someone ASAP. I’ve had four lawn companies come out to do quotes only to tell me they won’t do this kind of work. Prefer to pay via Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. Willing to negotiate price/rates.
