We are searching for a maintenance man or all around handyman with his own truck and tools to do general maintenance for 3 small complexes in Holbrook, AZ. Apartment turnarounds, readying units in-between tenants making sure that everything is in proper working order. Skillsets should include drywall, painting, flooring (tile & laminate) light electrical and plumbing as well as landscaping and building exteriors (signs, lighting and the such) This is a contract position and will require you be on-call rotating weekends with the Manager, these are flexible but still required. Includes a studio apartment plus a small salary or just salary made in monthly payments. A semi-retired or retired individual is preferred but all applicants are encouraged to apply
