Needing help with lost luggage

Hi! I am needing help from someone in Alamogordo - I travelled here last week on vacation at White Sands National Park, then heard from the Alamogordo Police Department someone found my luggage at the NP and it will be held for 90 days. I am a student in Los Angeles, so I can't come back to get the bag, and the PD won't mail me it. I am wondering if someone would be willing to go get the bag, sort through my items, and mail me a few things. You can keep the rest (i.e. shampoo, beach towel, the suitcase itself). I will pay you for shipping and your time! Here is a pic of my dog Roxy at White Sands, as well as a pic of the bag for reference. Let me know!
