BANDS IN MORGAN STORAGE - anyone willing to share a space for $$$?

Hi! Looking for any musician or band that currently has a space in Morgan Storage they'd be willing to lend it out to another band one night a week and be paid rent? We used to have a space but gave it up years ago when one of us moved into a place we could also practice, but unfortunately that isn't around anymore and we don't have anything. One of us is in Manchester, another is in Hillsboro, and the third is in Boston, so Manchester is pretty much the ideal spot to meet. We can talk details but we'd only need the space for one night a week and you can decide what a fair amount for rent is, we'd be using all our own equipment as well. Thanks for reading!
