Kendal Floral is searching for a Housekeeper/Janitorial Employee who is bilingual in Spanish who is a self-starter, can manage themselves, and complete assigned work without requiring supervision. Description: Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable and attractive environment adhering to established policies and procedures, safety, environmental control standards. Job Duties: · Clean the interior of buildings including floors, breakrooms and restrooms · Disinfect commonly used items like breakroom tables, door handles, breakroom and bathroom commonly touched surfaces · Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed · Empty trash and recycling bins · Vacuum, sweep and mop floors · Clean and maintain restrooms · Washing and clean windows and mirrors · Notify supervisor of unsafe conditions · Operate floor sweeper and other equipment · Dust furniture and fixtures · Prepares coffee for employees · Cleans coffee pots/urns · Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications include: Prior work experience in Janitorial work a plus, but not required Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Strong work ethic Minimum Experience: 0 - 6 months similar We Participate in E-Verify
