Looking to teach someone how to remodel homes that's also interested in getting into contracting and real estate. I am a Portland based general contractor and realtor. I remodel single family and commercial units for property management companies. I also buy remodel and sell my own real estate. This is a labor gig. We will be remodeling units from demo to finish.
