Landscape maintenancd Foreman - Well stablished Landscape Company seeking for Foreman We are currently seeking qualified, motivated, reliable, honest individual to join our team Ideal applicant should have 3+ years’ experience in similar position, irrigation, leadership skills and initiative to handle daily tasks and issues. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required (unless otherwise noted): ● General knowledge of landscape maintenance. ● Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers. ● Strong conflict resolution skills ●Is consistently at work and on time ●must have a valid driver's license ●Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds. ●Knowledge and experience in 12 volts lighting installation / repair; ●Irrigation systems installation, maintenance / repairs; ●Minor pruning: ●Planting; ●Knowledge to operate machinery (lawnmower, weed walker, chainsaw,...) ●Management skills for supervision and training ●Must speak English enough to communicate with supervisors and clients JOB DETAILS: - $18 plus p/h - Typical work week 5 days, from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM - Long term opportunity - Travel time paid - Shared medical, vision, and dental - Overtime available We Offer a competitive pay, benefits and the opportunity to work in a great company Call to set up an appointment 619-838-262 M-F 7am -3.30pm leave a VOICEMAIL or send a TEXT if we are enable to answer right away, we will get back to you
