Door Shop Fabricator (Phoenix) Commercial door distributor seeking a Door/Frame shop fabricator. Qualifications: • Must be able to accurately read tape measures • Must have tool experience (saws, grinder, power tools, etc.) • MIG welding experience a plus • Must be capable of lifting 100 pounds • Must be at least 18 years of age and legal to work in the United States • Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English • Ability to work in a team and stand-alone environment • Able to work in a fast-moving environment • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously with interruptions • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills • Must have reliable transportation and be on time to work each day Duties include but are not limited to: • Fabricate hollow metal products to specifications from fabrication tickets, shop drawings, and elevation drawings, including layout, measurement, cutouts, fabrication, welding, grinding, finishing, and painting • Maintain fabrication and safety equipment • Further develop mechanical skills, learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements • Maintain a safe working environment • Other projects and duties assigned Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation: Depending on Experience • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment • 401k Plan • Paid Holidays after 60 days of employment • Paid Vacation after one year Job Type: Full-time Local candidates only: Phoenix, AZ ***APPLY USING THE LINK BELOW ONLY, NO DIRECT EMAILS, WALK-INS OR CALLS PLEASE*** compensation: $16-$21 / DOE employment type: full-time
