NVO Construction is seeking a full-time individual with a sense of drive, integrity, and initiative to stack manufactured components at our plant. Essential Functions: • Receive finished trusses from the presses, stack, bundle, and band according to ship tickets • Read and understand ship tickets • Make visual inspections of truss quality • Mark individual trusses when required Required Skills • Able to stand and move for long periods of time • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations • Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet • Able to work 9.5 hours shifts • Able to read a tape measure and use a hammer • Able to work and think at a fast pace • Able to work, collaborate, and communicate effectively within the team • Work outside in all elements Benefits Package: Benefits include medical, 100% dental, 100% life insurance, 401K with profit sharing, accrued PTO and paid Holidays.
