Rivendale Farms is a diversified farm in Bulger, PA including fruit and vegetable production, a variety of cattle, chickens & other livestock. We are looking for a full-time employee to report to our Facilities Manager.
Job Responsibilities
-Pick up and remove trash and debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately on a daily basis.
-Maintain landscape and garden areas by planting grass, trimming trees and bushes.
-Seasonal weed whacking, mowing, leaf & snow removal.
-Farm landscaping and property maintenance.
-Pressure washing.
-Regularly perform maintenance jobs on various buildings (Ex: changing lightbulbs, air filters)
-Assist in repairing and maintaining equipment.
-Identify, document & report maintenance and repair work.
-Other duties as assigned by managers.
Requirements:
Experience with small equipment such as weed whackers & lawn mowers. Pleasant, honest, reliable, self-motivated, team worker, punctual, neat with an ability to follow policies and work details. Ability to stand for extended periods of time & lift 80lbs. Ability to work in all weather conditions and work on a ladder as needed.
