Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction) -Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors -Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM -Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to: floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment -Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6pm-2:30am -Must have a clean driving record
