My dog contracted Parvovirus at the dog park on Baxter in Bozeman on Sunday, August 14th. We went to the agility play area and the pond. He is a 5 month old puppy and fully vaccinated against Parvo, but in rare cases, puppies with all the vaccines can still get it. Parvo is the leading cause of death in juvenile dogs. Here's a reminder that failure to get your pets vaccinations can negatively effect others or potentially kill their pets. My puppy is currently hospitalized.
