Hello Y’all! Our names are Yessika and Mac and we are on the look out for a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming place to park our tiny home on wheels to LIVE IN (40ft converted school bus) We are community oriented folks that take pride in leaving places better than we found them. We’ve lived a very transient lifestyle for a handful of years and are now tying to answer the call of putting down some roots. Colorado really seems like a wonderful place to call home. We are in our 30s, been happily married over 4 years and have two doggos named Alexander Supertramp and Roe We pride ourselves in being approachable and honest communicators. We always pay rent on time and have great references to places we’ve lived over the years. We aspire to live somewhere we can be somewhat long term, and have access to land where we can put in a small garden and raise some chickens. We would need access to a water hook up and 30-50 amp power. We can help in installing a power system if it was necessary. We have a wood burning stove so we would try to keep the power costs low. We have a composting toilet so we wouldn’t need a black water hook up, just a place to compost our humanuer (which is a very manageable process with a little bit of an open mind) If you read this ad and might know of someone who has the land/ space for our kind of folk, please feel free to share this ad. We are also very open to doing work trade and can offer support in your garden, for your elderly parents (Im a very experienced elderly caregiver) And or help with any home projects, Mac is very handy!
