Licensed Plumber NEEDED

I need a licensed plumber to come in and figure out what is wrong with a plumbing system in a home I'm building. I hired a plumber to put the plumbing system in a new construction house in Round Lake Park. We just had the inspection and did not pass. Apparently some of the drains and vents weren't done property. The inspector will not give me specifics so I need someone who is licensed to come in and check out what has been done. Then, give me a quote to fix whatever is wrong. You would be the 3rd plumber in this house so you can imagine how much I've already been screwed financially. I am a contractor and I receive jobs semi-regularly. If someone can give me a reasonable price on this house I would be happy to give them all of my other business moving forward.
