We are doing a 1600sf office remodel in Oakbrook Terrace and need a the following work done. (Materials will be provided) If you are interested please reply with references for this type of work. We will be doing appointments to see the unit. *Install vinyl foam backed (wood look) tile floor in all areas (including entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room) Bathroom tile will be different design. All other areas will be the same. The 2 offices on the lower left will not be tile and carpet will be added later. (Floor is cement and needs to be prepped) *Install new ceiling grid and 2X2 tile in the following areas. Office 1 (11’X11’) Office 2 (11’X11’) Bathroom (6’X5’) Waiting area (10’X7’) *Patch up areas where drywall was damaged in demolition. *Remove the window from the wall by the entry area and drywall to be a solid wall. *After the reception desk and seating area is defined in the waiting area, finish the wall to incorporate the reception desk. Frame and install a new door between the entry area and main area.
