Help needed in yard, digging, lifting, property maintenance

I am a homeowner, looking for helper to assist in various DIY projects around the house. Yard work, mowing, digging, lifting, weeding, projects and other tasks around the house. Some days are full days, others from time to time as needed. This is a 1099 Self Employed Helper Side Gig for $12.00 an hr. cash, with a $1.00 an hr. Bonus for showing up for work 15 minutes early On-Time. For $13.00 an hour. Paid 1hr. lunch Paid 10 minute breaks for every 40 minutes of solid work. Tip for doing a great job! Must have: I.D. Transportation Lunch, snacks, drinks, work gloves, boots and a hat. Must Be Physically fit, drug free, and able bodied. Willing to sign Work Agreement with Waiver of right to place Lien on property, or file any Lawsuit against Property or homeowner(s). And Waive any right to Workman's Compensation. Covered for Emergency Medical by Homeowners insurance. Interview and a day's work. Cash paid at the end of work day!
