General Handy man type laborer NEEDED Start in the morning 8/16/22

My name is Jay. I own a property services business that is solely for the foreclosure industry - so we only work on foreclosed vacant houses for the banks (with a few exceptions). We cover from landscaping to rehab but basically do all the needed services at any given house. I need someone to start Tuesday 8/16/2022 morning (yes tomorrow) pay is $180-$200 a day - paid at the end of the week - with eventual bonuses and commissions possible -THAT depends on you - this has GREAT GREAT and FAST growth potential - again - that depends on you YOU need to be able to get yourself here unless you live close to me in Smithtown, but all the same I would prefer someone who has their own transportation to get here. Company truck is always used from here out for work so you do not need to use your own vehicle for anything else but to get here each morning. We cover Suffolk and Nassau Have SOME general handy man knowledge or skills OR AT LEAST be a quick learner - I will always be happy to teach you anything you need to know - its helps us both - no need to be an expert but if you are - great You DO NOT need your own tools BE RELIABLE - come to work EVERY day - whatever problems you have now..if any..will go away - enough with the here today gone tomorrow...then back again with a long B.S. story of what happened type of idiots - be A GROWN UP -show up for work - thats how things get good...stay good...then...get better! (YES..it is that simple) DONT BE ON DRUGS DONT HAVE A LIST OF WHAT YOU CANT DO You can send emails now if you like but call starting at 7 AM as I need someone to work start Tuesday morning 8/16/2022 - POSSIBLE to delay 1 more day and start Wed morning 8/17/2022 for the right person but someone hungry and needs a job should be able to start and go any time. - but either way get back to me - you wont regret it.
