Renee’s Garden is looking for great people to join their team in their Boulder, CO warehouse. We are seeking an experienced warehouse worker to learn all jobs on our day shift operations from 8am to 4pm; M-F. The right candidate will have some shipping/ receiving and order fulfillment experience and willing to learn our specific processes. Forklift and scissorlift experience is a plus! Primary Role/ Responsibility The position is responsible for learning all aspects of warehousing to be able to fill in where needed and/or replacing workers for vacations etc.... Work hours are 8m-4pm, Mon-Fri.. / 40 hrs week, some overtime available Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for processing incoming seed orders through the pick/scan/pack process • Hand packing seed packets when required • Prepare orders for shipping Running our high-speed printer • Maintain accurate and orderly process • General warehouse duties including stocking shelves/ Material handling • Other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time • Ability to perform repetitive actions during every shift • Basic computer skills • High attention to detail • Ability to follow directions • Adapts easily to rapidly changing requests, processes and procedures • Ability to remain calm • Ability to work independently and as a member of an established team Scissorlift and forklift experience preferred Education • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required Experience • Order processing, shipping or receiving experience Physical Demands/Office Environment • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds • Warehouse environment that includes occasional loud noises • Use of standard scanning devices • Ability to move throughout building including occasional use of stairs • Closed toe shoes are required FLSA Category • Hourly/Non-Exempt compensation starting at $17.00 per hour to start Working at Renee’s Garden Renee’s Garden offers the following benefits for regular, full-time employees after the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment and an average of 32 hours or more per week. • Benefit package including medical with Kaiser Permanente, and dental benefits with Delta Dental • A Safe-harbor 401(k) plan with eligibility to participate after 1 year of service and 1,000 hours of service • Ability to purchase additional voluntary benefits through Aflac • Occasional spot bonuses • Paid breaks during work shifts • Vacation based on hours worked for full-time employees • 7 paid holidays annually for both full and part-time employees We are proud to be an EEO employer.
