Would you like to fill in those empty spots during slow times or get paid to just leave your house occasionally? I have occupancy inspections available for completion in the entire Lake Tahoe region including Truckee area. These are drive by style inspections with door cards for mortgage companies to verify occupancy. This is a part time/filler position, and you would be a sub-contractor. All jobs paid per inspection. Be your own boss while adhering to due dates and industry standards. The correct person will have a good running vehicle, insurance, dress in business casual, and be able to pass a rigorous background check. There is opportunity for growth as far as more inspections/areas for the correct person.
