RestorFX is seeking a Lead Technician for the newly opening RestorFX Center in Kent. Do you enjoy working on cars? With this job, you'll permanently transform the appearance of each vehicle in just several hours. We take faded, scratched, swirled, and weathered cars and make them look brand new again with our proprietary system. Lead Technician position is a perfect fit for someone who is passionate about leading people, creating systems, and exceptional customer service. Just a few daily duties include: • Scheduling jobs • Managing vehicle turnaround • Technical work on the vehicles • Quality Control • Track and manage inventory Required qualifications for this position: • Must be highly motivated, reliable, and a problem solver. • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. • Have attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. • Hardworking, efficient, and punctual. • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required. • Have confidence with power tools, polishers, and sanders. • High School degree or GED equivalent. • 2+ years clear driving record and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles. Training and certification will be provided. Serious candidates only. This role is full-time Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm and occasional Saturdays.
