THIS SUNDAY ! RAIN OR SHINE! The Public is formally invited to join us for a mural dedication ceremony, prayer vigil, and a celebration of Officer Noah Shahnavaz's life and service to his country and community on August 21st, 2022 at 3pm At Joyner's Hamburgers 1537 S A St, Elwood, IN 46036. It is requested that public (In a sign of unity and support for law enforcement )brings either a American flag to wave or a thin blue line flag to wave with them. The American Veteran Riders Association will also be conducting a cruise in, In Officer Shahnavaz's honor. World renowned pop artist Theodore Winters (The artist of the mural ) will be the keynote speaker and MC of the entire event. A prayer vigil will be held, And sermon will also be shared by Rev. Mark Joyner. The mural will be formally dedicated to Officer Noah Shahnavaz by Theodore Winters, Mark Joyner, And The Mayor Of Elwood Todd Jones via a plaque and mural dedication ceremony.
