We are looking for multiple sub-contractors to assist with remodeling single-family homes in the Capital Region. We need people with experience in all phases of remodeling and home repair; from demolition to finish. We are a dynamic real estate and development company and want to develop a long-term relationship with sub-contractors in the area to work We are looking for contractors and individuals with some or all of the following skills and capabilities: • Demolition • HVAC • Electrical • Plumping • Framing/Drywall • Painting • Cabinets and Fixtures • Doors/Windows • Flooring • Trimming and Finishing • Appliance Installation • Other as Needed Required: · 5+ years of experience · Clean driving record · Must live in the Albany area · The right tools to do the job · Ability to work as a team and independently · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal · Self-motivated and a can-do attitude · Smartphone with internet access · Proficiency with smartphone apps · Organized and detail-oriented · Ability to supervise the work of others on the Jobsite Compensation will be based on experience and negotiated as needed per job.
