Home Smart Industries, LLC, located in Aston, PA, is seeking a reliable Field Service Technician to add to our growing Company! The ideal candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be legally eligible to work in the US. This position involves supporting the Production & Installation Teams by servicing existing jobs for our customers during or shortly after completion. The Service Technician is responsible for repairs to customers' baths/showers post-installation. Performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the property by meeting the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The areas we service from this location are located throughout the northeast and include PA, NJ, DE, VA, and MD. Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up, operates, and troubleshoots a variety of machines and/or equipment on the customer site in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Submit necessary parts and equipment to be ordered Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from the customer area. Meet all the appointments each time Respond to and resolve any customers issues in a timely matter Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job Experience in the home improvement industry (Windows and Carpentry) Basic computer experience and software knowledge Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively Excellent time and project management skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, not required Manual Skills: Ability to lift to 55 pounds Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder, and do other manual labor activities.
