We specialize in residential lawncare in the summer and have a thriving firewood processing and delivery service in the winter. We are hiring a Field Tech that demonstrates Greenway’s core values. Daily execution of and delivery of service based on the customer schedule. Meet quality standards of service and lawncare. Communicate with the customer and seize opportunities to provide additional services or capture new customers. Self start and take on responsibility for overall production and revenue generation. Must Do: Generate weekly revenue to budget for lawn care, fertilizing, mulching and other service Communicate and build relationships with customers Participate in the sales process to build and condense routes. Responsibility for the timely and quality execution of all routes. Start date: Immediate Compensation: Starting rate 18.00 per hour Workweek is 5-6 days but mostly 5 with some Saturdays in peak season.
