We are looking for skilled and motivated maintenance personnel for our apartment community! Applicants must have reliable transportation, the ability to take direction, be productive, and have great attention to detail skills. Maintenance Technician: This is a full-time position, mostly 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, on weekdays. Snow removal and periodic on-call are required. General home maintenance knowledge required, such as light electrical and carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, painting, grounds clean up, etc. Come join our fun crew today!
