Janitorial/Day Porter – Car Dealerships We are looking for an honest, hard working person, to clean the exteriors of retail shopping centers. - Full & part time positions available. - $16.00/hour - You will be a W-2 employee. Cleaning duties include: - Picking up trash, - Empty and clean trash receptacles, - Clean trash enclosures, - Blowing parking areas. - Blowing sidewalks and driveways, - Clean cobwebs, - Clean window mullions, - Clean restrooms. - Mop floors - Stock restrooms Applicant must: - Be legal to work in the US - Have driver’s license and car insurance - Reliable transportation to and from properties - Cell phone with camera - Be reliable, - Be handy with tools, - Willing to work hard & work independently.
