Job Description: Crime scene cleanup technician trainee. We are a local company that provides biohazard remediation services and specializes in infectious disease prevention, as well as trauma scene cleanup. Job Overview: We currently have immediate openings for Crime Scene Technician trainees. We are seeking technicians who are hardworking, compassionate, and have a strong desire to assist families whenever the need arises. Candidate needs to be available to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on short notice as we are an emergency response company. You may need to travel, depending on the situation, and be flexible with multi-day travel. We provide all lodging accommodations should a job require an overnight stay. We will provide you with comprehensive training in safety, biohazard cleaning protocols and procedures. We are committed to training our technicians for success and safety is our utmost priority. Main Responsibilities: You will work with our team to clean homes, businesses, vehicles and public spaces after situations pertaining to suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, hoarding, hazardous materials and trauma scenes. You will be responsible for biohazard waste cleanup and removal at various law enforcement facilities. We clean and sanitize holding cells, squad cars and must be on site within 60 minutes in most cases. We provide active COVID-19 disinfection and prevention services, in addition to other infectious disease disinfection. Suitable candidates must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented. Duties also include processing required paperwork, decontamination of tools and stocking of company vehicles with necessary supplies. We have full time opportunities available for individuals who show outstanding workmanship, dedication and communication. This position requires a strong sense of maturity and the ability to communicate proficiently and discreetly. Basic Qualifications: *Must be 18 years of age or older. *Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record. *Must be available (on call) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (With few exceptions) *Ability to lift 50 lbs *Random drug testing practiced *Background check required **Some state contracts require proof of Covid-19 vaccination Job Type: Flux-Full Time Pay starts at $18/Hr
