Commercial Painting Contractor located in Central New Jersey is looking for a qualified candidate who meets the following qualifications. - 5 years commercial painting experience - Familiar with all types of spray applications, sandblasting, and fireproofing - Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook - Understanding of Planswift and Timberline is a plus - Must be able to read drawings and specifications and perform field estimates - Administer project budgets, review contracts, and submit change orders - Track all job costs and extras - Prepare submittals and attend job meetings - Review and understand contracts - Valid Driver’s license Salaried Position based on experience, plus bonus and a company vehicle.
