Our growing company is searching for an experienced candidate for the position of a Floor Technician. The starting pay is $14 per hour based on experience. You will need to have a highly flexible schedule with availability for day shift, night shift and occasional weekends. This position will operate primarily in the Greater Orlando area as well as surrounding cities. If interested, please reply with your full name, phone number and resume. • Experience in scrubbing, buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing commercial building floors. • Floor areas include but not limited to offices, patient rooms, classrooms, corridors, lobbies, entrances, and other common areas. • Ability to measure chemicals properly and chemical dispensing units. • Experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning. • Operate and maintain powered equipment in a safe manner that is used for each floor job. • Inspect all equipment regularly for proper functioning and safety. • Reposition furniture after each room floor is completed, turn off lights and close and lock doors. • Utilize time in order to complete floor work within the established time allotments. • Speak respectfully with customers, fellow team members, Operations Supervisor and Office Management. • Report safety hazards as appropriate to immediate Supervisor or Company management. • Other duties and/or special projects as assigned by immediate Supervisor or Company management. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must provide a valid (not expired) Driver's License and valid Social Security Card. Must be able to pass a background check as required.
